Bean dregs feeding processing technology:
Bean dregs are materials which have bound water and great oiliness and its moisture is difficult to get rid of. The whole set of dehydrating and drying equipment are developed to solve that problem. First dehydrate the free water of the bean dregs roughly by dewaterer. Then put the wet bean dregs of 55-60% moisture to the dryer and fast dry them in the drying system with a special breaking unit. The heat energy is made used of fully and the bean dregs are heated equally. So then dried bean dregs are of fine color and no thickener. The power consumption is very low.
 
Mechanic structure and working principle:
Bean dregs dryer consists of heat supplier, feeding machine, rotary roller, output machine, draft fan, unloading machine, and switch board. The dehydrated wet bean dregs go into the dryer and are turned by the evenly distributed shoveling plate. So they homo-disperse and fully get in touch with the hot air, pacing the heat transmission and mass transfer. The bean dregs are sent to the star like discharging valve and the finished drying products are discharged by the slant shoveling plate and the thermal medium.The conceptual design has taken the bean dregs features of great moisture, high protein and strong stickiness into full consideration, and has made measurements like reasonable technology and craft to solve them to achieve best drying effect.
