As traditional Blown technology has its own limitation causing the film quality instability such as "Exposed Ribs/Loose tight" phenomenon, Film with this phenomenon may lack good linearity and smoothness which are the most two important points for good printing register, while this "Exposed Ribs/Loose tight" phenomenon can be aggravated over time and temperature.
In the light of this problem, our company has developed the UPPER ROTATING Blown technology, from which film could absolutely have no "Exposed Ribs/Loose tight" problem,
Compared with traditional STATIONARY BLOWN & WITH HOISTING BLOWN, WITH UPPER ROTATING BLOWN has following improvements:
a. Up-Rotating technology absolutely eliminated traditional Blown machines’ "Exposed Ribs/Loose tight" shortcomings, but has better flatness and linearity for the higher good printing register required.
b. The gap of the mould lip has been shortened for better thickness controlling
c. Water Ring has been improved with Oriented water current tunnel inside, to assure the consistent temperature in every cross-section of the cooling mould which is fatal important for stable bubble cooling.
d. All the configuration of the improved machines are strengthened so that it could easily been manipulated stably.
e. Can stably produce 1200mm width finished film with its Style-75 of increased extruding quantity reaching 120KGS/H.
# Style-50 Extruder quantity: 30-40KG/hour, mainly produce width below 500mm
# Style-55 Extruder quantity: 50-60KG/hour, mainly produce width below 700mm
# Style-65 Extruder quantity: 70-80KG/hour, mainly produce width below 1000mm
# Style-75 Extruder quantity: 100-120KG/hour, mainly produce width below 1200mm
