3. Unpacking.
After opening a box, first please inspect various parts whether to have the damage, then inspects heater's state, as well as on control panel's each kind of measuring appliance whether to have damages and becomes less crowded.
4. The machine operation environment.
Environment temperature: This machine working conditions temperature should between.5-50℃.
Relative humidity: This machine working conditions relative humidity scope should in 20-95%.
Transportation storage: This machine may in - 25-55℃ the scope is transported and takes care of 24 hours
, may withstand not exceeding the high temperature 65℃. In transportation process, has avoided the high humidity as far as possible, the vibration, the pressure and the mechanical shock.
5. Power
Note: Before connecting the power cable, certainly must use the electric instrument to inspect supply voltage
Please use the second-phase with three-wire power of 220V, 30A, and rack grounding, the add-in Line must be holders of certificates of electrician electricians.
Warning: In order to prevent the control panel of the instrument and other damage to the electrical system components, Even the machine before make sure native power is disconnected.
6. Operation Instruction.
6. 1 Prepare for operation.
1. Whether the inspection power supply is 220V single-phase.
2. Inspecting the main power source whether to receive on the machine;
3. Inspection organism whether is good to link with earth
4. Part aspect
For substrate material as PBGA component is an epoxy resin, its exposure in the air will absorb moisture and therefore, it must be carried out before using exhaust processed (in 125 ℃oven for baking, the delivery time is 12 hours) Containing water of BGA components generating popcorn when heated in the sky (substrate layer). As a result of BGA components processing component pins may produce error with small than 0.15mm (for BGA, it must print solder paste).Therefore BGA components in the circuit should be printed solder paste or flux (Printed for the CBGA, you must paste).
6. 2.Remove general process.
Para position put rework PCB on the heating board and position with nozzle.
Start up power set the parameters after the power, the entire action auto-complete.
Finish Prompt action accomplish, cooling down 1- 2min. then get PCB.
Put the plant ball on the chip: remove the bottom BGA, remove solder ball again.
6.3. Plant ball’s general steps.
Clean With attracts the tin line, the iron or other tools BGA base clearing up.
Oiling In the bottom of net BGA to oiling
Position Put BGA into mould then cover steel mesh.
Plant ball Put welding ball focusing in mould, welding ball leak auto from steel mesh.
Solidify Take down the steel mesh together with BGA, puts in rework station or backflow welds.
7. Trouble analysis and get rid of.
1. Power supply: Device power supply is 50-60 HZ, the second phase is 220V, the system checks for broken, mainly the following aspects:
(1)Check the power cord connection is bad and the terminal is good contact.
(2)Check the thermocouple and the terminal wiring for bad, otherwise caused by the way.
(3)Of the broken line, check element static resistance, for damage.
(4)Check thermocouples for damage.

8. User should attention to the points.
1. This machine should work in a clean environment, to guarantee the quality of welding.
2. Do not open, humid conditions, use and store the machine.
3. Do not leave the machine installed in electric, magnetic interference source nearby.
4. Maintenance of machine. Please shut down and cut off the power to prevent a shock or cause a short circuit.
5. The machine should be stable, not tilt or instability.
6 Operation, please note that high temperature, to avoid scalding.
