Stabilizers are made from AISI4145H modified alloy steel (except non-magnetic style), heat treated by special procedures and obtain expected hardness, strength and impact value properties. All threads are made strictly in accordance with API Spec. The hardbanding of stabilizer employ pressed in Tungsten Carbide alloy buttons or other anti-wear materials. All stabilizers should be ultrasonic tested. All drilling stabilizer can be highly customized as per customer' s requests.
