Single Bag Batching System
It formulates, blends and packs fertilizer one bag at a time with bag weight from 20 Kg through 50 Kg. This eliminates segregation of the blends caused by difference of granule size and density of the ingredient materials and improves formulation accuracy. This system is well suitable for operation in humid area as the way of operation minimizes moisture to get access to the blends. This system is fully automatic, high in precision and speed, less floor occupancy and easy in operation and maintenance. The stainless steel components give the equipment sound anti-corrosion capability and long service life.

Output: 5-15tons/hour

Kinds of ingredients: it is able to formulation 4 to 8 kinds of ingredients each time.

Feeding Method: Gravity Feed for granular, Screw Feeder, and Belt Feeder for powders.

Batching accuracy: ≤±0.2%,

Packing accuracy: ≤±0.2%.     

Packing capacity: 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 50kg per bag. It can accord your requirements

to custom design. Formulation can be changed rapidly in the manufacturing process to accommodate special orders or customer needs.
