1.General description

 

1.1ZM9 is suitable for processing straight-line edge & 45°arrises of glass sheet with various size and thickness.

1.2 The main base is made of cast iron.

1.3 glass thicknesses is adjusted by a servomotor and showed on a digital display.

1.4. A special design of the in-feed section for controlling the desired amount of glass removal without adjusting each spindle individually.

1.5 Independent felt wheel and the cerium water recirculation system make the flat edge more shining.

1.6Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the   transmission precision.

1.7 It is easy to operate and has good performance.

ZM9 9spindles totally: 5spindles for the straight-line edge (adopt the independent wool felt wheel), 2pieces of spindle for front and back arris each.
