Main introduction:
1. Frame The roller consists of a front frame and a rear frame. The vibration roll is in the front frame, it is the roller's working device. The rear frame is the main parts of the roller. It consists of power transmission device, rear wheels and driver's platform etc. The frames are linked by the articulated device. The engine hood on the rear frame is made in an integral streamlined contour. It is opened by a pneumatic spring bar and the main transmission parts are seen clearly. They are repaired and maintained conveniently. The roller is of beautiful appearance.
2. Transmission System
Following is the transmission system figure of this roller. The travel power is transmitted to the reducing box and gearbox by diesel engine via main clutch. The drive shaft will drive the rear wheel to make the roller travel via the parking brake to the rear axle.The hydraulic vibration pump is driven by the vice output shaft on the engine to supply power to the roller's hydraulic vibration system.
The side output shaft of the diesel engine drives the air compressor and steering oil pump to supply power to the working brake, main clutch operation and hydraulic steering system.
3. Diesel Engine
The machine is equipped with a water-cooled 4-stroke inline diesel engine. The engine is started electrically. The storage battery is charged through the AC. Generator which is drawn by V-belt. When the diesel engine is working, the fuel oil is send from the fuel oil tank to the fuel filter by the fuel pump. The fuel has been pressured in the injection pump and the fuel oil will be supplied to the oil injector in different ways. The rest fuel oil infused via a high-pressure pipe return to the furl tank through oil return line of fuel filter. There is a hand pump on the fuel pump. It may be used to evacuate the air from the fuel line. The throttle lever controls the engine speed via its flexible shaft. This kind of engine is a water-cooled one. It has the fine performance of cooling starting, low oil consumption, low noise, low contamination and it has the high reliability and long service life. It is suitable to be used at the cold and high sea level elevation area.
4. Main Clutch
The main clutch is a single friction disc clutch. It is mounted on the engine flywheel for cutting off the engine power to make the engine without load and so you may do the gear shift and reverse. The control mechanism of the main clutch is pneumatic-hydraulic control. It is operated lightly and flexibly. Reducing box is in the front of the main clutch. The power is reduced by it and then transported to the gearbox via drive shaft.
5. Gear Box
Gearbox is mounted on the front part of the machine with three forward gears and three reverse speeds. It consists of gear change mechanism, forward-reverse mechanism and gear change control mechanism. Through controlling the forward-reverse operating lever and gear change lever to make the roller march forward and reverse at different speed. The roller has three speeds:
1. working speed
2. Working or transporting speed
3. Transporting speed
The roller can be used on the flat road only at 3 speeds.
6. Brake
A pedal brake for service braking and a hand brake for parking are provided for the roller. The hand brake is the drum brake. It is mounted on the input device in the central of the drive axle. The brake is operated by means of a hand lever which is located on the left side of the operator's seat. If the service brake is out of order, the hand brake may be used as emergent brake.
The pedal brake with two sets of braking disc is mounted on both side of the driving axle. It is controlled via stepping the brake treadle on the right side in front of the seat. The brake control device is pneumatic-hydraulic driving mechanism.
7. Hydraulic Vibration System.
Hydraulic vibration system is hydrostatic drive sys tem. The vibration pump drives the vibratory motor on the left side of the drum to make the eccentric mechanism in it to run positively and negatively. At this time the vibrating will be at high and low vibration amplitude. Vibration may be selected by operating the switch in the dashboard. And the vibration must be operated at full speed.
8. Hydraulic Steering System
Hydraulic steering system is hydraulic steering device. Its power is supplied by the side output shaft of the engine via air compressor. The steering oil pump on the left side of the engine supplies pressure oil to the hydraulic steering mechanism to turn the steering wheel and act on the steering valve which controls the steering cylinders at the articulated joint.
9. Operator's Platform and Cabin
This operator's platform is solid steel frame. It is mounted on the rear frame. The operator's cab is a welded steel frame (you can choose ROPS\FOPS function to provide effective protecting to the operator). There are big glass windows and doors all around the cab. It is a bright and commodious cab.
In the cab there are luxury seats, windscreen wiper, ceiling lamp, fan and air conditioning unit (optional). The operating mechanism is set up according to the human engineering philosophy of person and machine to operate easily and conveniently.
10. Electric System
Two 12V cells of the batteries provide the engine for the electric system (see appendix).
Rated voltage is 24V.
The generator with integrated regulator is driven by the diesel engine via a V-belt and charges the battery.
The electrical system is activated via the ignition switch, and the individual operations are controlled via their respective switches.
