EPS & Cement sandwich panel is a kind of lightweight and energy-saving wall material taking reinforced calcium silicate board as face panel, with cement, EPS, fly ash as core material and forming by one time compound.

 

The product has features of light weight, high intensity, thin, water & fire proof, heat preservation, sound insulation, quakeproof, low cost and space saving. EPS & Cement sandwich panel are widely applied to interior wall partition, exterior wall and roof for all kinds of constructions.

 

The production line consists of raw material loading and storage system, mixing and slurry 
storage system, slurry infusing system, moulds and control system. One mould can produce 
100m2 per day.
