This vehicle mainly services the construction, route exploration and maintenance of the bed and facility along the line of 1000-1435(mm) railroad track.
The driving part of this model of railroad track adopts the hydraulic power components from the international advanced manufacturers. It changes the traditional structural mode of connecting mechanical transmission box by the torque converter which makes the integrative structure more compacted and reliable in design. The main components of the hydraulic power unit adopt electric-hydraulic control, heavy-duty variable capacity oil pump and one group of variable capacity motor. Therefore, it realizes the high precision control of the driving speed and accurate and stable transfer of hydraulic torque.
The main structure of the highway and railway dual-use transporting vehicle is that one group of guiding steel wheel is installed additionally to the front and rear end of the truck frame. When the vehicle drives on the highway, the front and rear steel wheel of the mixer is lifted by two pairs of hydraulic cylinders. It can drive on the highway when the front and rear guiding steel wheels leave the ground. When driving on the track, the front and rear guiding steel wheels of the vehicle are put on the rail and the driving power is realized by driving the four steel wheels of the rear steering frame with the hydraulic running motor. The brake is independent front and rear control to realize the drive of the vehicle on the rail.
