Principle structure of Single Stage Hammer Crusher
Toothed single roll crusher is consisted of rotary roller with large tooth and adjustable crushing plate. The material is smashed, pressed or rumpled in the single-tooth roll breaker. When the materials enter into the breaking cavity from top of the hopper, the material is brought into the breaking cavity between the tooth roller and crushing plate by the rotary roller for breaking. The crushed materials will be discharged by the self-gravity from the discharging port. The clearance between the crushing plate and the tooth roller can be adjusted to control the particle size of the crushed materials.
Applicable scope:
1. Coarse breaking for the metallurgy sinter mine in the working temperature of lower than 900℃ in the steel manufacturer.
2. Coarse breaking and intermediate breaking of hard brittle materials with breaking pressure lower than 20kN/cm2 in the concentration plant, stone plant and power generation plant.
Product advantage:
1. Gear roller shaft, gear crown and grid plate adopt inner passage water-cooling system with outstanding cooling effect (the gear crown temperature is 60℃ after being off for 10 min ) to increase the life time of the gear roller and the grid plate.
2. The retarder adopts fully sealed gearbox structure with low operation noise and no oil leakage.
3. Fully sealed rolling bearing to provide easy maintenance and lower maintenance cost.
4. The screw tooth roller to increase the breaker life time for 1-2 times.
5. The tooth plate is fixed on the hub for easy replacement and save the time and energy.
6. The tooth plate is made of alloy steel and the wearing-resistant layer is formed on the surface to guarantee 40000 h life time.
7. Safe sleeve shaft is provided at the tooth roller drive end. The breaker can stop in case of abnormality, such as overload to protect the equipment.
Notes
the inspection cart shall be provided depending on the user’ s demand. The PGC-1530, PGC-1832 in the table refers to the weights with the cart. Others are the weights without the cart.

1. The equipment is provided as right-installed generally. Please specify in the contract if it needs to install the equipment at the left.
2. The material feature and the feeding & discharging volume shall be specified in the contract.
3. The lubricating system is supplied as nozzle mode. Please specify in the contract if centralized lubrication and electrical lubrication are required.
