PCH ring hammer crusher is the impact breaker with ring hammer. After entering breaking cavity, materials firstly are impacted by ring hammer that is rotated and installed in at high speed and pressed on breaking plate and get kinetic energy from booth ring hammer. When materials reach required particle size after cutting, pressing, chaser milling and rubbing, they drop from the holes on screen plate. The steel plate and sundries that can not be broken are selected in metal collector for clean regularly. This series is suitable to break all brittleness materials, such as coal, coal dirt, coke, slag, shale and loosen limestone. The pressure strength of materials shall not exceed 100Mpa and liquid water content shall not exceed 8%.
PCHP ring hammer crusher (bypass) is also called bypass coal breaker. It is the integration of bypass device of ring hammer and transit system. In normal operation, materials are broken by breaker and drop to lower hopper. When breaker stops due to malfunction, materials drop to lower hopper through bypass device. In order to ensure normal operation, movable screen machine can be installed on the top of breaker. In normal operation, the screening small piece materials can drop into the lower hopper directly by bypass device and enter into the breaker to increase the efficiency and service life of breaker. When breaker stops for malfunction, move screen machine and materials drop lower hopper through bypass. This series has close structure and small floor space. It is especially suitable to the break the coal used in power station.
