How to Use
1st. Mixing
Stir RMO glue and RMO powder evenly, according to the proportion of 1:2.5.
2nd. Construction
①Adopt direct coating method for general crack.
②As for the big and deep crack, add some water to RMO Repair Object Crack Mortar, and fill it to the repaired crack..
③Fill \repair crack and smoothen with RMO Repair Object Crack Mortar. As for the big change of crack, adopt the smoothen methods of stick non-woven fabric.
④Avoid exposure\high temperature\ rainwash in drying process under the construction temperature of 5 ℃. Spray 1-2 times water to cure after hardening , if temperature is high and steam evaporates quickly.
⑤Dosage : It varies to repairing area. Generally: 0.2-0.3kg /linear meter.
Package & Storage
Small Package: 10kg±0.5 kg /bucket;
Big Package: glue:10kg±0.5 kg /bucket or 50kg±0.5 kg /bucket;
Powder: 25kg±0.5 kg /bag.
12 months from manufacture date stored in dry \ cool place\waterproof \ moisture proof with original package un-opened.
Non-Combustible\nonexplosive\non toxic\non smell\non-pollution and general freight transport is allowed.
