The thin film a-Si PV module is a kind of environmental-friendly and energy-saving product, R&D by Dongxu Group with proprietary intellectual property rights. The manufacturing equipments are all from world-leading equipment providers, which have advantages in high yield, strong operability and excellent product performance. The total planned area of the project is 450 mu (1mu=666.67m2), in which the first stage construction takes an area of 180 mu with an investment of 1.2 billion RMB yuan, it will be a 60MW a-Si thin film solar cells production line and the annual sales revenue will be 1.08 billion yuan after bulk production. The second stage construction will be the 150-200MW a-Si thin film solar cells production line and 1-2 TCO coated glass production lines will be installed at the same time.
