This machine is used to carry out deep processing of tuber crops, e.g. potato (including sweet potato, and potato) so as to make starch and vermicelli. After grinded potatoes are filtered, starch comes into being. Then starch may be used to make a variety of foods. Driven by a 1.1-2.2kw, 220V motor, this machine, 10-15kg in weight, can grind 500kg potatoes hourly.
