Application
The equipment is best suitable to produce crinkles, wrinkles all over the jeans, back knee whisker or crinkles near the bottom hem
Operation:
1. Preheat the machine to the desired temperature & Preset the pressing time
2. Place the area to be pressed onto the semi circular nose
3. Spray the wrinkle free resin
4. Press the foot press to activate the semi circular tube to push the jeans in & crinkles in formed.
User guide
- Requested 4 bar compressed air
- Preheat the machine at least 15 mins before operate
- The baking time varies on different kinds of fabric, pls proceed trials
- The length of the semi circular tube could be customize according to our customers requirement
- The stand is not supplied. The machine is could operate immediately after connected to the electricity & compressed air.
- Standard voltage is 220V 50 Hz, other voltage available
