Paddle dyeing machine consists of a semi-circular bottom and a four-bladed full width paddle mounted at the top and back of the machine. The blade dips about 10 cm into the dye liquor and paddle the circulation, but also on the curved sides of the tank deflecting the flow imparted by live steam emerging from the heating pipes.
Applications are in industry for bleaching, scouring and dyeing of Hosiery, Garments, Rugs, Bed Spreads, Bath Mats, Blankets, Sweaters and any piece goods.
The machine equips step-less gear devices for speed control of the paddles and operates according to the request for different fabric, loading and dyeing for specific requirements. There is direct and indirect heating pipes in the bottom of machine to keep the temperature of the bath within requirements.
Equipped with reverse timer to control the blade operating with forward & reverse direction to ensure the evenness of dyeing.
