The layer has no deformation, meltdown, deterioration and burning under the high temperature at 140 Degree Celsius. So, it is real special heat-resistant material. In addition to its anti-tearing outer cover and high mechanical strength XLPE insulating layer, the EAST heating cables is far higher than that of the state standard in heat-resistant, insulating performance, and resistance to mechanical damage. It is a high-end leading heating cable product to satisfy the requirements of the complicated heating environment.
In order to ensure ex-factory quality for each piece of the heating cable, the EAST is leading to adopt the high-voltage meter, hot stretching tester, ageing tester, vulcanization tester, tension tester, etc. to perform one hundred percent inspection for raw materials entry to ex-factory products, so as to guarantee quality of the heating cables to the maximum.
