1. Cold aggregate silos and feeders: group of 4 components

The silo unit capacity: 8M³ (full hooper), total capacity 32M³;

Continuous dosing belt (the feeder) and driving reduction motor,     group of 4 units

2. The aggregate collecting belt conveyor

3. The aggregate charging belt conveyor

4. Drying drum

The installation angel: 4.5°,

The running speed 7.3rpm,

Rotation running through 4 units electric motor and cycloid reducer,

The outer side wrapped 50mm rock wool thermal insulation     layer with stainless steel.

5. Burner group for the dryer (the oil burner),

It is the Chinese full-automatic control oil burner with a diesel tank (10t)     and a heavy oil tank (10t).(We can provide the imported oil burner, too)

The automatic control oil burner can adjust the flame avoiding the      over-heat dust burning the bag of the filter

6. The mixing tower with supporting legs, repairing platform and ladder

7. Hot aggregate elevator: adopts the double-chain elevating hooper,     capacity: 140t/h

8. The new powder bin: 23 M³; the powder elevator adopts chain-type     elevating hooper, capacity: 25 T/H

9.  The recycling powder bin: 18 M³, with screw conveyor

10. The screen unit of the hot aggregate: 4 grades, capacity 140t/h

11. Hot aggregate storage bin: 4 numbers, the total capacity 30 M³

12. The metering device for the hot aggregate, powder and bitumen

13. The mixer capacity: 1500 kg/batch

14. The bag filter (with filtering area of 510㎡)

15. The central controlling cabin (5.19M*2.25M*2.5M) with the advanced       controlling system and controlling device (computer)
