Single effect or multi-effect falling film evaporator is mainly applies in continous evaporation and concentration under low temperature. It is widely used in processing glucose, starch, oligose, maltose, sorbierte, milk, juice, vitamin, maltodextrin and other aqueous solutions. It also could be used for sewage treatment.
System components
Evaporator in every stage, seperator in every stage, condenser, heat pressure pump, sterilizer, insulting tube, material transfer pump in every stage, condensate water pump, operating platform, electric meter control cabinet, valve, pipelines and etc.
Equipments features:
1. high heat transfer effiency realized for the heating system. The equipment is less in energy consumption, steam consumption, and cool water circulation amount equitp with the heat pressure pump.
2. feed liquid evaporated while accelerated flow downward along the pipe wall that is suitalbe for evaporation and concentration of high viscosity material.
3. the liquid could be heated up to certain temperature in very short time for it is film evaporated in very tube. That makes the equipment fits concentration of food very well, it maximum keep the nutritions, color, and flavor in the food.
4. whole process is operated under vacuum condition, which meet the sanitary requirement and environmental protection requirement. Meanwhile it significantly reduce the evaporation temperature. If it is equipped with heat pressure pump, part of second steam will be resucted and mixed with live steams, which reduces the steam consumption.
5. equipment can also sterillize food. Feed liquid flow to the sterilizer after preheated. Temperature raises up to 94℃ and last for 24 seconds
6. equip with CIP cleaning system, achieve cleaning in spot and without hygienic dead angle.
7. continuously feed and discharge.
8. equip with automatic system achieve automatic control.
