Carbon Steel Wire Mesh mainly serves as filter wire cloth in rubber industry, plastics industry and grain industry.

 

Material: 45Mn carbon steel, 65Mn carbon steel

According to the usage, mine wiremesh can be divided into Flat Top and Weaving type

Flat Top wiremesh: use high quality high carbon steel, Manganese steel as raw material. It has the characteristics of wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, toughness, through rate is better than steel mesh, etc. It mainly used for large-scale stone processing, asphalt mixing plant, coal, metallurgy and chemical industry.

 

Weaving type has single wire and double wire screen two kind. Single wire aperture is usually smaller, wire is big. Through rate is better than steel wire mesh (has with edge, without edge polished type). Double wire aperture is bigger, while wire is thinner. Using flexibility, abrasion resistance is better than single-wire wire mesh
