This kind of auto welding machine is easy to handle, with following features:
1. Welding electronic control system: PLC digital system, one time pressing, separate welding, precise control and stable function.
2. The input panel falls into two types--touch screen and keyboard, which makes the operation more intelligent.
3. Wefts auto-feeding system is with hopper driven by stepper motor.
4. Mesh auto-drawing system are controlled by stepper motor, which guarantee the precision of the mesh opening size.
5. Weft spacing can be adjusted very easily and quickly through the PLC touch panel. It can appear variable weft space in the same mesh panel.
6. The electrodes are integrated with the holders, which makes the warp spacing adjusting conveniently within a certain range.
7. Wefts and warps are both pre-straightened and precut. The finished product is in panel.
8. It is easy to operate, and only two workers are enough.
