As Everpads’ products are mostly made for road construction machinery, we have been requested to develop more parts for the same category of machines; among them, milling planer conveyor belt is the biggest item with the most demanding characteristics. For conveyor belt, it is not only the continuity that counts, but also the utmost loading capacity and stability evenness. Hence we insist on supplying the belts in a complete shape, with three high-density, resilient nylon fiber plies as the base, and tall-standing Y-shape threads that help reinforcing the whole structure while carrying the milled rocks effectively out to the truck in front.
