Reducer
Gears and gear axle are made by alloy steel which has been heat treated. The body and cover which are made by high grade cast iron have tight assembling and well sealing. The reducer is a separate part which is convenient to load and unload.
Control Box
Adopting the device which can clear the circuit in urgent situation and has protective device. This kind of control box ensures the safe operating of the electric hoist. The electrical parts are reliable to use and have long life span.
Wire Rope
Adopting GB 1102-74 type lifting wire rope which ensures that it can be durable in use.
Cone-shape Motor
The duty cycle of the motor is 25%. The motor adopts class B or F insulation and the protection grade is IP 44/IP 54.
Button Switch
It is hand operated which is light and simple. It has two control ways which are wired and wireless.
