ISO9001 Roller Press (DSRP) Introduction
Roller press, also known as extrusion mill, rolling mill, is the international mid 80' s developed new energy-saving grinding equipment, With an alternative high energy consumption, low efficiency ball mill pre-grinding system, and reduce the function of steel consumption and noise . It is applicable to the new plant construction, also can be used for old factory technical renovation and to make ball mill system, 50-110% increase in production. After the extruded material in the feeding cake 0.08mm fines accounted for 20-35%, accounted for 65-85% less than 2mm . The internal structure of small particles due to crushed and filled with many small cracks , significant improvement in grindability. Roller surface thermal welding, wear-resistant layer of maintenance more convenient.
