Advanced High Efficient Fine Crusher Introduction

It is mainly used for fine crushing of dinas, sand making, and for crushing in cement factory, etc. The high efficiency fine crusher integrates the advantages of hammer crusher, impact crusher, etc. and is further improved in terms of structure, materials, etc.
The optimized crushing chamber improves fine crushing effects and enhances the unitarity of spare parts. The hammerhead is designed with tungsten and titanium alloy integrated structure and other special wear-resistant materials which greatly lengthen the service life of hammerhead. It is a high-tech product for which we have full intellectual property rights. Our company owns the technology, in terms of clinker crushing in particular, which is way ahead of our fellow competitors.
 
Advanced High Efficient Fine Crusher Performance Features:
1. Large crushing ratio, it can change two or three stages crushing into one-stap.
2. The motor power can be reduced by 30-50% with the same capacity.
3. The life of the hammer and liner can be improved by three or four times when crushing the same raw material.
4. The gap of the impact plate and the hammer can be adjustable, it can control the discharging size efficiently.
5. Adopt the deflection structure, it can prevent the hammer broken when
the machine meets the hard materials.

Advanced High Efficient Fine Crusher Application
XPCF series high efficiency impact-hammer crusher are the newest generation machines manufactured by our company successfully under the condition of absorbing and digesting the advanced technology at home and board, to combine their conditions in cement industry, metallurgy industry (iron ore in fine crusher, steel slag fine crushing), glass industry (raw material for quartz super fine crusher), the sand and stone industry (river pebbles sand making), electric power industry (limestone fine crushing for desulphurization), chemical fertilizer industry (rock phosphate fine crushing) and so on. It synthesizes the advantages of crushers-available hammer reaction and percussion type etc, and uses a special cavity type of design. In particular, the material of hammer head took the use of special wearable 2021 with perfect wearability, which can make the granularity enough fine and improve the life of wearing parts effectively. Advanced High Efficient Fine Crusher Working principle
The material are accumulated in the cavity of stone strike stone crusher, the later coming stones shoot at them just like bullets shoot the target. The violent collision generates efficient cleavage crushing. The broken granules are further rubbed and ground to generate powder. The qualified powders are outputted through the gap of grate shoe.
Because 60~70% crushing in stone-strike-stone crusher is achieved through the inter-collision of stones, the loads of hammer head and scaleboard are only 20~30% those of conventional crusher. The harmful work for grinding hammer head and scaleboard is converted into useful work for crushing stones.
