 Distribution Transformer
 Distribution Transformer is with the following characters: low loss, low noise, protection for thunder and lighting, and anti-shortcut capacity, beautiful appearance etc. It is made by advanced assembling lines and method, with qualified parts.
It is with four remote functions: remote communication, remote test, remote adjustment, remote control. By remote control from a computer, the power station could be free from supervision in the office. Type "9" 35kV grade series energy saving transformer has passed the test by National Mechanical and Industrial Bureau, and National Power Group. \
Application,
35kV grade series transformer mainly use in power network, and the projects of power distribution.
 
Main functions and characters
1• Core is seamed by three advanced steps: vertical and horizontal and horizontal cut, lap and multi-stage. It disperses the air distribution, improves the magnetic path and decreases the empty loading loss current and noise.
2• Core is with a set of measures of dragged panel, pressed coil and particular glue for silicon steel in order to increase the mechanical strength.
3• New structure of high and low voltage wrapping and reasonable arrangement for oil tube and connection increase mechanical strength and the capacity of anti-shortcut.
4• Oil box is bell type or core suspension type, the wall of oil box is corrugated shape. The shape of oil box is simple, beautiful and fluent.
