Curtain slitting machine mainly does the slitting job of big pieces of fabric, with the PLC as controlling core and ultrasonic as the cutting enegy medium. The operator control machine by GUI(graphic user interface). Totally, machine is highly automatical, with the function of auto adjustment of the fabric edge and its precision,

 

 

We uses the Ultrasonic Cutting technology on  this machine which is higher in quality  than traditional  blade and lazer cutting. Ultrasonic blades were ranged in a line which allowed a big fabric  running  between blade and horn,   and the  Ultrasonic energy will, sended by the blade , will make the big pieces into narrow stripes.

 

 

Ultrasonic make the  edge smooth, and the edge adjustent system  make the edge parallel.
