1. This dynamometer is designed overall welding structure, high strength, well-arranged structure and good appearance.
2. Eddy current machine and reverse driving motor, the main parts of the dynamometer, is adopted pure copper wire, whose resistance is small, reaction time is quick and the increase of temperature is slow, especially the eddy current machine, whose heat fading is small, so as to guarantee the stability and controllability of the system.
3. The coupling of dynamometer, which was produced by our company, linked with the primary rubber sheet, thus, the dynamometer could run smoothly and with low noise.
4. The Velocity-measuring system is photoelectric encoder 600pulse/turn,ensures a precise and reliable data gathering.
5. Main/sub rollers use imported synchronous belt drive, no need to put on oil, no maintenance.
6. The surface of the main and Auxiliary roller adopts Knurling processing so as to increase the friction factor between the roller and tire surface, and lighten the horizontal swing when acceleration or decelerate in testing it.
7. We adopts Single-girder gasbag lifting, synchronous lifting, no need to put on oil, no maintenance.
when design the table, we increase the height of the table regardless of the steel cost so as to make
the lift device in the state of semi-free within the two thirds time, but not press it in the state of
limitation so as to prolong the service lift of the lifting gasbag.
8. Appling with famous national brand sensors, with high accuracy.
9. The photoelectric switch is designed on the cover of the two sides of the table. ( do not need to pipe laying and filed installation).
10. Adopting plug-in adjusted slanting roller catch wheel, which could enhance the safety performance when testing.
11. Our dynamometer is with proprietary intellectual property rights, which has the qualified certification
given by provincial Quality and Technical Supervision and we also have authentication of CE safety
system of European Union. 
12. The dynamometer system has met the national standard of GB18285-2005, GB3847-2005, GB14621-2002, GB19758-2005, HJ/T290-2006, HJ/T292-2006, HJ/T289-2006, DB37/657-2006.
