High-yield PVC Plastic Grinder

 
Purpose:
We have absorbed the advanced technology at home and abroad developed the SMW series grinding mill which applicable to the powder processing of PVC plastic (Low to moderate hardness), HDPE and so on.
The practice and experience of plastic product factories show that the chemical physics functions of the products can reaches 280-380kg/h (30-80mesh). So this machine is the best equipment for reducing cost, saving expense and solving the accumulation of waste plastic.
 
Performance Characteristics:
The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, its features are as follows:
1.       Compared with similar grinders, its output is greatly improved (increased by 20%-50%) under the same power. It is energy-saving.
2.       The dust collector is added to effectively reduce dust pollution.
3.       The discharging of the main fan reduces labor intensity of operating workers.
4.       The door cover of the host can be opened for convenience of cutters.
5.       Wind and water cooling system are adopted to decrease the working temperature inside the machine body, so the grinded material uneasy for denaturalization and also conducive to grind heat sensitivity plastics. For example, the part of PE and ABS can be grinded by this machine.
6.       The powder mesh is adjustable (20-150mesh).

Mechanical Structure and Operational Principle
 
1.               The machine is composed of hopper, cabinet, main shaft, capstan, reclaiming fan blower, dust collecting machine, machine frame, motor, electric apparatus box and so on.
2.               Operating principle: the crashing materials get into the main frame through feeding skip. With the tail-wagging airstreams produced by the tail-wagging of the capstan, the grain-shaped materials tail-wagging in the crocus room, colliding with the board and cutting blades poignantly. After they are crashed, they were sent into dust-collecting bagging through reclaiming fan blower.
