It will control the reaction time and fully hydrate the CaO by only 15-20 minutes.
Hydrator has good heat-insulating property. The unique design makes a lot of heat generated in the reaction of CaO to be converted inside and reused. It will raise the inner temperature to 60 degrees by only 3-5 minutes and make the CaO to be fully hydrated.
Feeding process control: Sending the needed materials into the first-stage reaction cabin through the screw feeder.
Advantages: There are lots of hot steam and dust when CaO contact with water. This feeding way will provent them flowing back the screw feeding counter, so that will not affect the accuracy of sensor.
d) Three-stage hydrate reaction with water distribution
The hierarchical & scientific distribution of water can make the CaO to be fully pre-hydrated. Afer contacting with reasonable water in the first stage reaction cabin, then enter into the second one. This process is the best reaction time of CaO. When entering into the third one, hydrated CaO is semi-dry state. The whole three stages finally make the CaO completely become the fluffy powder. And the entire reaction process needs about 15-20 minutes.
