This kind of auto welding machine is easy to handle, with following features:                                            

1. Welding electronic control system: PLC digital system, one time pressing, separate welding, precise control and stable function.

2. Transformer: high efficient welding transformer, 8 grades.

3. Auto wefts feeding device: wefts cutting (has won the national patent ZL2208722.2) and positioning (has won the national patent AL02208721.4), guarantying wefts same length, and without trimming.

4. Thanks to the limiting stopper for positioning mesh, it is easy to adjust accurately the weft spacing. The electrodes are integrated with the holders, which makes the warp spacing adjusting conveniently within a certain range. Therefore, kinds of meshes can be chosen freely.

5. This machine is equipped with the device of two way elastic bars (has won the national patent ZL200520024380.9) for mesh drawing

6. The finished products can be in coil or in panel (electric scissor).

7. It is easy to operate, and only two workers are enough.
