It is our latest development of reinforcing mesh welding machine, which adopts PLC (programmable controller), which can achieve programmed intelligent control, man-machine interface—touch screen input, easy to operate, one time press, separate control. The wefts and the warps are pre-straightened and pre-cut. The wefts are fed from the multi-hopper, capacity of which is ten times more than the traditional one. The warps are fed by the servo motor through the springiness input trunking, which makes the welding electrode durable. The wire mesh is drawn by the servo motor. The welding power comes from the cylinders. It’s easy to control the welding pressure.
