ZJA Double stage vacuum Transformer oil regeneration machine is used for overhauling and installing the electric insulating equipments which can running as energized, such as transformer, oil switch, and mutual inductor. Also it is especially applied to regenerate and purify the seriously exhausted insulating oil and make the oils reach the international standard. As a special equipment for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kinds of insulating oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers etc. It is designed on vacuum drying principle, coalescence and separation technique, accurate fine filtration.

The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001
