1. Quality: IDEABOND aluminum composite panel completely meets the standard of GB/T 17748-2008, and has been tested by SGS lab according to ASTM standard system & BS Fire Safety Standard. We have got the ISO9001:2000 Certificate, CTC Certificate etc.

2. Material and Structure:

a) Topside: aluminum skin coated with PVDF or polyester  

b) Core: non-toxic polyethylene

c) Backside: aluminum skin coated with PVDF or polyester and primer

d) Surface coating thickness: PVDF around 25μm, Polyester around 18μm

3. Dimensions

a) Panel thickness: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm

b) Aluminum skin thickness: 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15m 0.18mm, 0.21mm, 0.25 mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.45mm, 0.50mm

c) Standard size: 1220*2440mm

d) Non-standard size is available according to requirement (Length≦5800mm)

4. Color: solid color, metallic color, brush finished, mirror finished, timber look, stone look

5. Classification: polyester, PVDF, fireproof, mouldproof, antistatic, Nanometer ACP panels
