2. Applications:

Calcined Petroleum Coke comes from delayed coke, which extracted from oil refinery. Although CPC contains a little bit higher level of sulfur and nitrogen than pitch coke, it widely used during steel-making and founding as a kind of carbon additive/carburant, widely used in steel-metallurgy as the raw material of graphite electrode, in aluminum metallurgy as carbon resources and the stuff of graphite paste for electro bath. It is also used to make carborundum, calcium carbide and other carbon products.
