Water-seal and oil resistence agent spreader is a new type of equipment for maintaining asphalt road,which is our initiative and self-research and development in China .it is mainly used for spreading water-seal and oil- resistance agents on the surface of asphalt road,or surface course of asphalt and airport roads used or being built and so on.

 

Working principal

 

Ø Firstly,to spray water-seal and oil resistance agent on the surface of road by the rationing quantities,which owns advantages in water-seal and anti-leakage ,oil proof and anti-ages.

 

Ø Secondly,to spread rubber powder to the top of it by proportion through spreading device for improving friction coefficient on the surface of road

 

Ø At last,to respray the water-seal and oil –resistance agent to make the rubber powder strongly sticky without coming off.

 

Main performance characteristics:

 

ü Pump,pipeline,seal,valve by adopting explosion proof design to make sure the anti-knock quality of spreading;

 

ü By adopting special pump to make sure the accuracy of transporting the liquid;

 

ü Optimal design loading system can both of the liquid and rubber powder be in the process of construction according to the ration quantities,which is operated simply and conveniently
