Product Introduction

Based on a thorough research on many kinds of rubber asphalt plants in aspects including working principle, structure, construction technology and development trend, we develop a type of portable rubber asphalt plant. The modular structures can be combined as needed. Heat conducting oil furnace, generator group and base asphalt tank are selectable to complete a set of rubber asphalt plant.

 

Main Performance Characteristics

1. High-capacity heat exchanger is applied to heat up base asphalt; temperature is adjusted electronically to meet the production requirements.

2. Crumb rubber is weighed with electronic loadometer; feeding speed is adjusted by spiral converter.

3. Base asphalt supply is controlled by variable frequency pump, measured with flowmeter and weightometer.

4. Drive mode: electricity-driven, with a gross power of 48kW.

5. Control mode: the combination of industrial control computer and PLC enables both manual and automatic controls. The control is handy and reliable; the human-machine interface makes it friendlier.

6. The highly reliable high-speed hybrid shear system consisted of imported ceramic bearing and Siemens electric machine is applied to guarantee the evenness of spreading. 

7. The introduction of electric components from world-famous brands such ABB and Schneider highly enhances the applicability and reliability.

8. The weighing system with sensors and meters of MCELL from America is accurate and reliable.

9. The modular structure is portable and easy to assemble.
