The LR08AF type emulsified asphalt plant is one type of energy-saving and environmental-friendly production equipment developed by our company. It’s automatically controlled; adequate to continuous production; applicable to on-site production of all kinds of emulsified asphalt as well as cutback asphalt.

 

Main Performance Characteristics

1. The equipment is compact and small-sized; it is applicable to on-site continuous production.

2. Equipped with high-efficient heat exchanger; it’s environmental-friendly and energy-saving.

3. The high-efficient fine emulsifying machine equipped with specially-treated stators and rotors has favorable wear-resistance and decay-resistance, which guarantee the effect and stability of emulsifying.

4. All materials that make contact with the emulsifying agent are made of stainless steel, which makes it decay-resistant and applicable to production of all kinds of emulsified asphalts.
