Description:

A monoalkoxy fatty acid titanate that is compatible to semi-polar and nonpolar material, it is a hybrid of our TCA-105 Isopropyl trioleyl titanate with CAS No.136144-62-2 and our TCA102 Isopropyl tri(dioctylphosphate) titanate with CAS No.65345-34-8.Thus it has a wide application and compatibility to most popular polymers.

Applications and Performance:

It is mainly used to treat the inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, talcum powder etc with improved compatibility between inorganic fillers and resins(PP,PE,ABS,PS etc),to improve mechanical performance and processing performance. Application of this product in composite materials can obtain improved thermal stability , higher loading of fillers.
 

When it is applied to coating, reduced viscosity of system and increased usage of fillers can be achieved.
 

When it is applied to magnetic recording material, magnetic powder treated by TCA-101 can obtain improved dispersion on substrate and improved adhesion to polymer. So magnetic recording material has better flow ability, higher shear strength, better adhesion and toughness.
 

Packing:

This product is available in 5kg pail, 25kg per drum, 200Kg per drum and 1000L immediate bulk container.
 

Storage and Shelf Life:

Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
 

If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
