Rotary kiln is a kind of forging equipment widely used in cement, metallurgy and chemical industries, the main parts consist of shell, support device, sealing device for kiln head cap and kin end. The kiln head is equipped with jetting coal pipe, and the kiln end is allocated with smoke room, waste heat generation boiler, preheater and decomposing furnace according to different forging processes. The shell slope above horizontal line is 3.5 to 4 percent. The jetting coal pipe can be removable back and forth so as to meet the different requirement in the forging process
