The brick has some excellent properties such as erosion resistance from molten glass, high exuding temperature of glass phase, low bubble index and is pollution free to glass. It’s a necessary refractory for sidewall, jamb wall, small furnace, pacing of tank bottom and other part of fused-cast furnaces for making teletube glass, float glass, instrument glass and daily household utensils.
