We especially have experience is making long fpc and thin fpc. This an ultra thin single side FPC, which just 50um, also has an extreme length 1510mm, 20 pcs in a panel. As the board is too thin, we use 12 um Cu, and make the whole board to do ENIG to prevent the copper being oxidized. We also add a very thin adhesive which can peel off easily by hand on the bottom side,in this way, to help to keep the board from rucking during the long-distance transportation.
