The extruder may be designed particularly according to raw material. HDPE adopts news type high-efficiency single-screw extruder while PVC adopts large-sized flat or conical extruder. The modeling machine and machine head are high in precise and good in interchangeability. The die has two cooling modes, water cooling and air cooling. Online extension is available to guarantee pipe’s technical index. The loop type cutting machine has excellent cutting precise. The whole production line applies SIEMEN human-machine operation control so that it has higher self-control function. If exchange extruder and relative parts, PVC double-pipe corrugated pipe can be produced.
