As a kind of new type porous material, prestressed single-wall corrugated pipe is resistant to acid, alkaline corrosion, good in sealing performance, high in loop rigidity, small in fabrication factor, anti-aging, resistant to electric corrosion, good in softness, convenient to connect and doesn’t leak water, slurry if compared with metal corrugated pipe. It overcomes all shortcomings of traditional metal corrugated pipes. This pipe is firstly introduced from foreign country, so the price is high and delivery period is long. For these reasons, Zhangjiagang Saiou Machinery Co.,Ltd developed and produced the pipe production line oriented with HDPE prestressed single-wall corrugated pipe on the base of absorbing imported equipments and relying on science and technology. Pipe size is from Ф50mm toФ160mm. This project fills in domestic blank. It will no doubt play roll in the promotion of prestressed single-wall corrugated pipe, as well as will bring great profit to manufacturer.
