3. Easy wearing parts of barrel made from anti-wear alloy can be improved abrasion performance.
Single screws for injection. Single and twin, parallel or tapered, screws for extrusion. Improved screw designs reduce energy consumption and wear and in most cases increase output. Standard screws in nitrided or flame hardened steel. For 'heavy duty' applications special abrasion and/or corrosion resistant surface coatings are available.
