Building and Cutting Machine for wrappingV-belts
1. For building and cutting V-belts , grinding rubber sleeve.

13. Control mode: it has building and dutting functions, can complete the laying and winding of single or double cord. Controlled by PLC and industrial touching screen, the speed of the principal axis, the cord tension, the pitch of cord-winding, cutting interval and other parameter can be set and displayed by the touching screen.
14. The cord laying mode: The cord laying equipment is setted on the cutting equipment.
15. Cutting way: The circular cutter feed in to cut belt. The motor drive the cutter to rotate, speed can be adjusted.
16. Feeding way: drived by Servo motor.
17. Main motor using Z4 series DC motors, with stepless speed.
18. The longitudinal move unit is driven by the servo motor and the exact reducer. It use the line guide way and the ball screw.
19. Special grinding wheel which is made of metal and corundum can be used for grinding rubber sleeve.
20. Using the cord tension unit type Ⅰwith two stations. It uses the AC servo motor and Linear-Motion potentiometer to complete the laying and winding cord process, and control the cord tension. It uses the tension transducer to check and display the cord tension..
21. The cord tension unit situated the side of principal axis box.
22. Using the servicer with four stations. It can move frontward and backward, rotate left and right, and control the pressure roller automatic. It also has the safe-lock unit. The fore-and-aft move unit uses line guide way and cylinder. The rotate unit uses the large ball bearing and the retropack, and uses the localizer to lock the frame.
