The RST take the colloidal as the direction label, the gonorrhea antigen is allowed to react with the cross linking anti- monoclonal antibody to gonorrhea in human urinary system. It is an one step test. The RST has a high degree of specificity compared to zymochemistry method, its detection rate is higher than neisseria gonorrhea culture method and the result isn’t affected by whether the patient is receiving bacteriophage therapy.
