It adopts PLC(programmable controller), which can achieve programmed intelligent control, man-machine interface_touch screen and keyboard input panel, easy to operate, one time press, separate control. The wefts and the warps are pre-straightened and pre-cut. The wefts are fed from the multi-hopper, capacity of which is ten times more than the traditional one. The warps are fed by stepper motor through the springiness input trunking, which makes the welding electrode durable. The wire mesh is drawn also by stepper motor. The welding is driven by pneumatic system, which makes welding pressure adjustable simply and conveniently. It is special for mine support mesh and the mesh opening size can be adjustable within a certain range.
