3. Structure characteristics and working principle of PEV hydraulic jaw crusher
A). Working jar: provide the push force, when overload, the oil pressure increased, piston move to the right side to limit the biggest crushing force.
B). Energy-saving device: to reduce the pulse move of the oil system.
C). Cam gear: It is the device movable up and down to input mechanical energy on the plunger type oil pump.
D). Oil pressure adjusting device: Through the work of piston’s move with the oil pressure going up and down, it turns to a certain degree by anticlockwise or clockwise direction under the driving power of plug device effecting on the oil pump’s plunger.
E). Plunger type of oil spray pump: Providing high oil pressure. There is a screw shape of flume on the surface of plunger, the pore canal of flume is connected to the pump chamber of plunger, and there are oil feed-in and return pores, the effective oil track is controlled by the plunger and plunger cover, when the plunger turns in anticlockwise, the effective oil track will be reduced, and the pump oil decreased too; whereas, the pump oil increased.
F). Operating valve: it is designed by ourselves; there are two pistons with different area. When the upper pressure is higher than the down pressure, the piston move upward and discharge oil to the upper chamber; when the upper pressure lower or equal to the downside pressure, the piston will be on its high-point position, the oil discharging opening will be stopped, and the hydraulic system works under normal condition.
