Usage: Phosphoric Acid Food Grade is used to acidify foods and beverages such as various colas, but not without controversy regarding its health effects. Phosphoric Acid Food Grade provides a tangy or sour taste. Being a mass-produced chemical, Phosphoric Acid is available cheaply and in large quantities.
